Robyn Rihanna (also known as Rihanna is an Barbadian pop singer and songwriter. She's had hit songs including Pon de Replay, SOS umbrella, and Take a Bow. She's a wildly popular artist, who has sold over 41 million albums worldwide and over 150 million songs. Her birthplace was in Barbados and was raised with reggae. As she started to sing, her goal was becoming a professional singer. The singer was frustrated by the turmoil in the home and in constant conflict between her parents. So she began to fall in love with music. In high school she was a part of a band group, and was asked to sing for Evan Rodgers. The producer was very impressed with the ability of this teenager. The singer was then moved from the city of her birth to New York to start a life-long career as a singer. Rihanna's debut album was popular and she was hailed as a music sensation. Rihanna's songs that were a little giddy were favorites among the young and enticed her to make films. A beautiful young woman with a great talent, Rihanna is now regarded as one of the most popular teens and is an icon of fashion. Rihanna uses her fame to positive use as she is actively involved in several charitable organizations.
