American musician and actor Awkwafina made her debut with humorous rap tracks that tackled sexual identity and race with a the most outrageous comedy perspective prior to broadening her reach to Hollywood. Nora Lum is the daughter of Chinese as well as Korean parents who hail from Forest Hills Queens. The trumpet was Nora's first instrument.
